Have you always wanted to learn to quilt, but not sure where to start? This workshop is for you. Over two sessions, we will cover all the basics to help you begin this new hobby with confidence. You will learn how to select fabrics for a project, how to cut and piece blocks, simple sandwiching and quilting options, and binding. You will complete a pair of placemats that you can use, or gift to someone special, and tips for trying some more challenging projects.

This is a two-session workshop, with homework between sessions.
1st Session: January 8, 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
2nd Session: January 22, 2:00pm to 5:00 pm
In-person workshops are for guests with proof of vaccine at the door. Attendees are limited to four people per workshop to allow proper social distancing. You may bring your own sewing machine or use a studio machine.
